Our Story

Built on Real Places

We don't manage hundreds of properties or operate a marketplace. We own and operate a curated collection of vacation homes in places we know well: the Smoky Mountains, the Alabama Gulf Coast, and Florida's Forgotten Coast. Each property reflects our commitment to thoughtful hospitality. We choose locations for their character, not just their marketability, and we care for them the way we'd care for our own.

How we got here

Started Small, Stayed Intentional

We started with one cabin in the Smokies and a simple idea: own fewer properties and take better care of them. No absentee management, no cutting corners. We added homes on the Alabama Gulf Coast and Florida's Forgotten Coast over time, each one chosen because we'd genuinely want to spend a week there. We're still a small operation by design. It means we can answer quickly, fix things the same day, and give you a real dinner recommendation instead of a generic list.

Gatlinburg & surrounds

Smoky Mountains, TN

Our Tennessee cabins sit in and around Gatlinburg, with easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Good for hiking, fall color, and getting off the grid for a few days.

Gulf Shores & Fort Morgan

Alabama Gulf Coast

Wide beaches, calm water, and a quieter pace than the Florida Panhandle. Our Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan houses are a short walk or golf cart ride from the sand.

Apalachicola & Cape San Blas

Florida's Forgotten Coast

One of the least developed stretches of the Gulf. Oyster bars, state forests, and beaches that don't show up on most people's radar. Our properties here book up fast in spring.
